These terms govern your use of curvecontracts.com and any page on it (the Site). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Separate terms govern the services Curve provides to its clients. Those are the Curve Client Engagement Terms, and nothing on this page varies them.
1. Who operates this Site
The Site is operated by Baseline Labs Ltd, trading as Curve and Curve Contracts (Curve, we, us).

2. Nothing on this Site is advice
Baseline Labs Ltd is not a law firm. It is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or by any other legal services regulator, and it does not carry out reserved legal activities within the meaning of section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
The content of the Site is general information about what Curve does. It is not legal advice, it is not tax advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on it without advice on your own situation.
3. Contacting us does not make you a client
Sending an enquiry through the Site, or by email, does not create a client relationship with Curve and does not oblige Curve to act for you. A client relationship begins only when Curve and you have agreed an engagement in writing.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form. Until an engagement is agreed, we cannot treat what you send as confidential, and you should not assume it is privileged.
4. Using the Site
You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own business or personal use. You may not:
a. copy, republish or distribute Site content except as permitted above;
b. use the Site or its content for a commercial purpose without our written consent;
c. collect content from the Site by scraping or any other automated means;
d. interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; or
e. use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including its text, layout, graphics and logos. Nothing on the Site transfers any of those rights to you. The name Curve, the name Curve Contracts and our logo are our trade marks, and you may not use them without our written consent.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change its content at any time. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing the amended version on this page; the version published when you use the Site is the version that applies.
7. Links to other sites
Where the Site links to a site operated by someone else, we provide the link for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or for anything you do on them.
8. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
a. we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms implied by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the Site;
b. we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content; and
c. we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated saving, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.
9. Personal data
We handle personal data collected through the Site as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, including a non-contractual dispute or claim, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the Site as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
