Roll over unused work for one month · Move between tiers any time · Larger projects quoted upfront, never a surprise
What's covered, and what isn't
All your day-to-day contracts, for both review and drafting: customer and supplier agreements, NDAs, SaaS and services agreements, data-protection terms, contractor and employment agreements, IP licences and assignments, partnership and reseller deals, website terms, and simple share transfers.
So they never quietly eat your monthly allowance: fundraising and investment rounds (SAFEs are included), M&A and restructurings, shareholders' agreements, option schemes and share issuances, disputes and settlements, and regulated, licensing or tax work. Anything materially larger than day-to-day work is flagged and quoted first — never a surprise.
